Cancellations and Refunds

For any refund inquiries or cancellations, please contact our customer service team via email or chat.

A fully refundable deposit of $49 is required at the time of registration. This deposit will be refunded in full under the following conditions:

• If you do NOT pass the exam given at the testing facility.
• If you do NOT get hired during your first interview.
• If you are dissatisfied with the service at any point during the first 60 days.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and your deposit will be refunded promptly if any of the above conditions apply.
